Due to tentative tariffs and ongoing changes in international trade regulations, product pricing may be subject to adjustment.
- Lead times are estimates provided by the manufacturer to USATCO and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to keep customers informed with the most current information available.
- Quoted inventory availability and lead times are subject to prior sales and/or manufacturer delays beyond our control.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days.
- Lead times and pricing are based on current availability and are subject to change.
- All pricing is per unit unless otherwise specified.
- Special items are subject to a ±10% quantity variance.
- Additional OEM paperwork (if available): $50.
- MFG C of C and USMCA forms: $30 (for Canada and Mexico shipments).
- Credit card orders are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
- $125 surcharge applies to breaking down prepared skids.
- $25 surcharge for invoice modifications.
- You have 7 days to report any discrepancies. No claims will be accepted after.
Return and Refund Policy
- All cancellations require written confirmation and are subject to restocking fees.
- Any discrepancy must be sent in writing within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Made to Order or Custom items are always non-cancelable, non-returnable.
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Any claim that is not made within the time frame set forth herein shall be deemed to have been waived.
- No returns without prior authorization.
- RMA Number must appear on the return shipping box.
