Warranty

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may request a return authorization with seven (7) days of receipt of goods. 

When obtained, send us the item (transportation prepaid) for replacement, repair or refund. Tools manufactured by USATCO are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase. 

We cannot assume liability for abuse, misuse or alteration of goods. Any tampering with tools or attempted repairs of same will nullify this warranty. 

Tools that are considered as "special" orders are subject to a restocking charge. Warranties from other manufacturers are available upon request. For further inquiry, contact info@usatco.com.
